She was one of the many ice carvings at the Ice Festival in Vermilion, OH. What a clever way to get people to come to a lakeside town in the middle of the winter. Although the temps weren't too terribly bad that day, it was still cold enough for gloves and hats. Her hair was dripping wet from the sun.
I highly doubt that I could use a chainsaw to cut a straight line through a log for firewood, let alone make something this detailed. Pretty amazing.
